Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our integrated healthcare clinic.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, lab reviews, and ongoing monitoring.
- Conduct both in-person and virtual consultations for various clinic programs (weight loss, TRT, PRP, etc.
).
- Perform procedures such as venipuncture, intravenous and subcutaneous injections, PRP injections, Trigger Point injections, IV therapy, StemWave therapy.
- Prescribe program-specific medications and monitor patient response to treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.
- Educate patients regarding their desired clinic program.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records/documentation.
- Stay current with advancements in medical research, treatments, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the respective specialty area (e.
g.
, Family Nurse Practitioner).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat patients of various ages in relation to clinic-specific programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and clinic team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
