Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products in the store - Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns - Demonstrate product features and benefits through product demos - Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Use retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and totals - Upsell products and suggest additional items to enhance customer experience - Utilize bilingual skills to assist customers who speak different languages - Answer phone calls with professionalism and adhere to phone etiquette guidelines Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in conducting product demonstrations or technical sales is a plus - Multilingual abilities to assist customers who speak different languages - Proficiency in retail math for accurate pricing calculations - Knowledge of electronics sales and familiarity with electronic products is preferred - Ability to stock shelves and maintain inventory levels - Upselling skills to promote additional products or services - Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse customers - Excellent phone etiquette for professional customer interactions Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
