Summary:
Perform entry to mid-level facility maintenance responsibilities to include but not limited to, upkeep and repairs of roof, fabrication & installations, PMs, minor plumbing maintenance (repair, unclog drains, replace/repair leaks, install new lines), painting, carpentry, masonry (surface prep to preserve wood & metal parts from corrosion), configuration and installation of modular offices spaces, diagnose/correct problems with plant utility systems, fire protection systems and repair/install doors, dock doors and dock plates.

None DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Conduct preventative maintenance or repair work within office or warehouse locations via written or verbal instruction.
Assist with preventative maintenance activities as necessary.
Perform minor plumbing maintenance and repair (unclogging of drains, replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, installing new lines as necessary) to provide efficient plumbing capabilities.
Perform minor painting, carpentry in the warehouse.
Configure and install modular offices spaces to accommodate user needs and maximize office space.
Prioritize, diagnose and correct problems as identified.
Follow established safe work practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Operate powered industrial equipment as necessary.
Maintain landscape outside building; including lawn mowing.
Responsible for records retention storage and disposal.
Perform repairs using various hand tools, power and specialty tools.
Perform corporate maintenance duties that are assigned by Sr.
Manager of Maintenance as needed.
Perform basic mechanical repairs on conveyors.
All other duties assigned.
FACTORS Requirements & Education:
Read, write and perform simple mathematical functions.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, instructional materials.
Drive power equipment including; forklift, scissor lift, and other powered equipment as necessary Work safely with tools such as; saws, hammers, screwdriver, power equipment Keep safety a priority
Experience:
Two to three years experience with maintenance or facility improvement activities.
Proven ability to perform safely with minimal supervision.
Intermediate understanding of plumbing, carpentry and electrical skills required.
Proven experience with various hand tools, power and specialty tools.
Must certify to operate powered industrial equipment.
