General PurposeThe Quality Control (QC) Team Member is responsible for verifying all outbound orders and inbound shipments by SKU, description and quantity.
This role is critical to ensuring customers get Xactly what they Xpect.
Must be able to check multiple orders at the same time, possess warehouse inventory acumen such as cycle counts, root cause analysis, inventory consolidation and physical inventories.
Must know how to operate a forklift to assist with put away and rack management, while maintaining a clean work area.
This is a tire warehouse and requires the Quality Control Team Member to Main Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesConduct operations in a manner promoting safetyStand-up or sit-down lift experience a mustassist in the unloading, loading, picking and put away when required,Minimum of 6 months of forklift and warehouse experienceMust be super efficient in all tasks requiredPhysical verification of orders and loads against customer paperworkKeep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracyReport quality variancesMaintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashionAssist in any required physical inventoriesComplete daily inspection of equipmentPerform additional duties as assigned by managementEnsure proper stock rotationSatisfactory completion of a forklift training programComply with all OSHA and MSDS standardsAbility to read, understand and follow instructions, and to code applicable documentsMust be able to lift 35-75 lbs.
